We have a lot to look forward to this year; elections, a never-ending supply of superhero movies, and enough beauty innovations to last a life time. The beauty industry has really pulled through this year making 2016 the most beautiful year to date. The year 2016 is already looking good and, with these new products(all launching sometime this year), you will too!
Nails Inc Spray Nail Polish($12 at us.nailsinc.com)
Okay, so this has been mentioned on HBS before. It’s just so great, though! Finally, an easy-to-apply polish that provides a smooth coat with little clean up(the polish doesn’t stick to skin). The spray will debut in March 2016 and there’s already a waitlist!
Shu Uemura Color Lustre Dry Cleaner ($39 at shuuemuraartofhair-usa.com)
This water-free spray spritzes on clear, an anomaly for dry shampoos. It will be available for purchase late January.
Vaseline Lip Therapy Tin in Aloe ($4 at drugstores)
Coming in the tins already iconic in the United Kingdom is a product glossier than the rest of the Vaseline line up. It, of course, hydrates lips and is made up of smoothing ingredients like aloe. You can pick up a tin at the end of January.
Deborah Lippmann Gel Lab Pro Polish ($20 at deborahlippmann.com)
This new polish, which will come out this February, is made with a lacquer formula similar to that of a gel polish. It’s glossy and lasts just as long as a gel polish without damaging nails.
DryBar Detox Dry Conditioner($23 at thedrybar.com)
Finally a dry conditioner! After applying your dry shampoo, spray the product onto your ends(never the roots!). It lengthens the life of your blowout and gives your hair added shine.
111SKIN Celestial Black Diamond Emulsion ($800 at 111skin.com)
Yes, this product is as luxurious as it sounds. It is made with rare black diamond microspheres, which get ingredients deeper into the skin and have anti-aging effects. It will be in stores this May.
Estée Lauder Advanced Night Repair Concentrated Recovery Power Foil Mask(Starting at $120 for Four at participating department stores)
Taking cues from Korean beauty traditions and using Matrix technology, this mask, which comes out in February, is already receiving high praise from the Korean women who got a sneak peek at the product(it was released in Korea this month).
Kleenex Exfoliating Cushions($7.99 for 12 cushions and refillable dispenser at at kleenex.com)
Kleenex just came out with its own facial cleansing line. In it are these cushions that exfoliate while removing makeup. Water-activitated cleanser cleanses the skin and you’re left with smooth, clean, and makeup free skin.
