Sausage and Potatoes(3 servings)
Jennie-O Turkey Kielbasa
12 red potatoes
1/2 cup shredded Colby-jack cheese
1 tbsp rosemary
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups water
Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Halve potatoes, chop tomato and cut kielbasa into half-inch circles then toss into a 13-inch roaster. Sprinkle with rosemary, salt, and pepper then pour water into the mixture. Top with cheese, place the lid on top, then cook in preheated oven for 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft. Enjoy!
