Dear Readers,

Welcome back! This month has been especially busy as I’m sure it has been for you. Luckily, though, the best tv shows are back on air and the new issue of HBS is here! This month, I tried to keep everything positive to keep your mind off of what’s going on in the world and shift your focus on how to make your life better than ever. In Never Been Better, for instance, I share the health tips I’ve learned from working with a personal trainer.

Then, in Work Smarter, Not Harder, guest writer Estephan Armenta shares his tips on how to be your best at work(he runs the most successful Gorgio Armani store in America, so he should know).

If you’re feeling like you need some comfort, try my clam chowder recipe featured in . I don’t think I’ve every had better clam chowder and since you’re making it, you can tailor it to your tastes.
