As a lover of both pasta and seafood, I love when the two come together. Like in my pasta and clam sauce recipe, for instance. It’s not something I make too often, so it’s a special treat when I do whip it up. What’s great about the recipe, too, is that you can play around with it and add different proteins, cheeses, and use a different pasta to fit your mood. Great for a dinner date or a night in, this recipe is sure to please.
3 Tbsp olive oil
3-5 cloves garlic, minced
1 Can of Progresso White Clam Sauce
1/2 cup of white wine
1/2 package of Barilla Angel Hair Pasta
2 tbsp sour cream
10 cooked shrimp
Directions: Coat pan with olive oil and cook garlic on low heat until fragrant. Meanwhile, boil pot of water and add pasta to cook. Add shrimp and sauce to pan and cover for 5 minutes on medium heat. Once bubbling, pour in wine and lower to a simmer. Add pasta and mix in sour cream. Add a squeeze of lemon for added flavor.
